Liverpool FC redeveloped their iconic Anfield stadium, as part of a £260m scheme for the whole Anfield area. The ground, famed for its Kop stand and thrilling big-game atmosphere in the Premier League and on Champions League nights, have had its capacity extended by an extra 13,000 seat.  

 

Safety glass was installed in the Anfield Rd Stand at Anfield Stadium. All six structural glass safety panels were installed as an edge protection above each entrance to the stand.
